On Saturday, the EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians) from the Kumamoto Fire Department visited Hilltop to give all staff members a short training course in first aid. Though we had all taken courses in first aid before, it was nice to refresh our skills. Some topics covered were CPR, severe injury, choking, burns, heat stroke and head injuries. We are very thankful to the EMTs for taking time out of their busy schedules to come and help us.
