Today, Grizzly Class made quesadillas after lunch. The children had a lovely time. They were able to choose what they wanted in their quesadillas and how much. They got to choose from lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and salsa. After they ate one, everyone came back to make another one. Next month we are making pizza!!

How lovely kids' faces are! And it looks SO yummy! I love Mexican Quesadillas. I wish I could join the class next time.
