Snack Time

Today's snack was organic animal crackers, rice balls and raisins.

Nap Time

Our youngest chidlren (年少々) get to take a nap in the afternoon in the second floor classroom. A teacher is always with them for safety. As many of you know, Hilltop International School is on top of a hill and we always have a lovely breeze. Though it is hot outside, the napping room is cool and very comfortable for sleeping. Of course, in the summer months we will be using the air conditioner. Today's pictures were taken at waking up time.

Today's Lunch

This is a picture of today's lunch. If your child eats a school lunch you can look at the pictures with him/her and ask some of the following questions:

Which one did you like best?
Which one did you eat first?
Was there something you didn't like?

Mahalo Nui Lao!!

Mahalo nui lao means Thank you very much in Hawaiian. We are very thankful to have such a great teacher such as Jo-Jo. She brought in Poi balls again today. We will be keeping them at school and practicing on the days she is not here.

Fun Before Lunch

The older children are always full of smiles. They are very playful and all get along very well. Here are some nice pictures of them just before eating lunch.
