The Park

Today's weather was gorgeous. We all had a great time playing outside. We are planning to buy two more bicycles and some other toys to use during recess.

Also, there is great news about the park!!! Kumamoto City's Parks Department （公園課）announced their budget (予算) for next year.　Next year the park next to Hilltop will be developed. The city of Kumamoto is planning to put in a drinking fountain, shaded area, grass, swings, slides, benches, trees, toilets and other playground equipment（遊具）. We are sure that the park improvement will add to the continuing success of Hilltop.

授業参観

All Hilltop staff would like thank all parents (grandparents) for coming on Thursday and Friday. A 授業参観 is to show parents what children do in class. The classes are not rehearsed like a performance. Hilltop want parents to get a feel for the true flow of class. We hope you enjoyed the classes and we look forward to two more over the year.
