This week's Show and Tell theme is Hobbies. We asked the children to bring in something to tell about a family members' hobby. Today we got knee supporters for ballet, a green baseball, a picture of grandma farming in Kagoshima and a great soccer picture. The children loved the theme.
Today we had Circle Time in the afternoon. We played some simple speaking games using a ball and had a wonderful time. At the end we sang a few songs making funny faces at each other.
Our afternoon meeting always starts with a short song time. The children are really active and love to hear live music.
Here are some pictures of our children eating lunch. We always try to have the children eat all of their food. If there is something they don't like, we try to have them take a big bite. After eating, they tidy up after themselves and make their things look nice.
